How do I sign up for a TIOmarkets trading account?

Steps Sign up at tiomarkets.com/register Fill up all the required information and click “Register” Open your registered email's inbox and look for the mail from TIOmarkets with the subject “Verify your email” . Click on the link provided to verify your account. You will then be logged into your new member area/ client portal. You will also receive another email with the subject “Your client portal is ready” containing your Wallet ID ready to login to your client portal.

What base currencies are available?

Wallet base currencies: When registering for an account with TIOmarkets, you will be asked to choose a base currency in order for us to create your secure portal, also known as your wallet. The currency you choose, will be the same currency that you will use to fund – and withdraw – from your TIOmarkets account. Live trading accounts: After you are already a fully verified client, you will need to open a live trading account. This will link to MT4 / MT5 and will be directly connected to your trades.

What is One Click Trading and how does it work?

One-Click trading enables you to place market orders with just one click and is the fastest way to place orders. The Default mode for order submission is a two-step process. Using the Default Mode, you first click on either bid (SELL) or ask (BUY) rate button, and once the order window opens you will then need to confirm your order. Using the Default mode, your order will not be submitted until you have completed both of the aforementioned steps. The One-Click trading mode for order submission ('One-click trading') is a one-step process. Using the One-Click Mode, your order will be submitted when you single-click on either bid (SELL) or ask (BUY) rate button. Important Notice: There will be no subsequent confirmation prompt for you to click. You will not be able to withdraw or change your order once you click. Under normal market conditions and system performance, a market order will be promptly filled after submission and you will have entered into a binding transaction. What Withdrawal Methods are available?

Our withdrawal policy is to "refund" deposited funds back to the source of the deposit and any profits you have via bank/wire transfer. Therefore you will be asked to enter your bank details and if required, to provide us with a bank statement confirming these details.
